Please find our general sales and delivery conditions below.

Order confirmation

When you have sent in an order, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation we have received it. This mail will contain details of what you have bought, the payment and delivery address, prices and transaction no. (if any) if you have used a credit card.

Payment

You can pay using a charge card or credit card:
VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and JCB.

We will debit the purchase price including delivery costs when we have shipped the goods to you. The amount debited will not exceed the amount stated in your shopping basket and on your order confirmation.
If you have paid by card and receive part delivery, we can only debit the amount for the first delivery, i.e. the next delivery will be sent with a payment slip for you to use to make full payment.

Security for payment by card

We have an agreement with Dansk Internet Betalingssystem A/S (DIBS). All transactions with Dansk Internet Betalingsselskab A/S (DIBS) and PBS A/S for payments are encrypted. The Act on Payment Services applies to online purchases. This means that you are not in principle liable for abuse of your charge card on the internet. If you suspect that a third party has abused your card, contact your bank and ask for the money to be refunded to your account.

Delivery

You will normally receive the goods you have ordered within 1-3 weekdays in Denmark, and 2-6 days within the EU. A longer delivery time can be expected outside the EU. There may be additional charges for deliveries to islands and remote districts.
We cannot be held liable for goods which are sold out. If the goods you have ordered are sold out, you will be contacted by Customer Service. An order for several goods can be spread over several deliveries, each with its own invoices, but we will only charge for carriage and administration once.
An administration fee and the cost of carriage (at Post Danmark’s rates) can be added. The fee can vary according to which goods you place in your shopping basket. You can always see the amount you have in your shopping basket.

Shipping

Goods ordered before 12 noon are normally shipped the same day. All deliveries to Denmark and the EU countries include VAT.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU will not be subject to VAT. Customs duties and/or VAT in accordance with your own country’s national rules may be added to the purchase price instead. If your homeland charges customs duties and/or VAT, you must pay them either direct to the relevant authority or to the carrier if the amount is charged to and paid by the same.
We will ensure that all necessary documents for export and import declarations are included with the goods shipped.

Reminder fee

A reminder fee will be charged for late payments in accordance with Danish law.

Right to withdraw (cooling-off period)

As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from the transaction according to the Consumer Agreement Act. If you want to exercise this right, you must return the goods at your own expense no later than 14 days after receiving them. If the last day for exercising this right falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the deadline expires the following weekday.
You can furthermore exercise the right to withdraw by refusing receipt of an item shipped to you.
If you exercise your right to withdraw, we will credit the full amount of the purchase. If you have paid for the goods by charge or credit card, we will refund the amount by bank transfer (we need your bank details) within 5 working days.

Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice/despatch note, or state the address of the sender and that on the invoice.

Warranty claims, defects and deficiencies

If the goods are damaged, they can be replaced up to one year from date of purchase. Please pack the goods carefully to avoid further damage and return them to us, preferably with a copy of the invoice. We will pay carriage in this situation. Please state the nature of the damage/fault. We will send new, undamaged goods within a week, if we have them in stock or can still obtain them from the manufacturer.
If we cannot, we will credit the full purchase amount. If you have paid for the goods by charge or credit card, we will refund the amount by bank transfer (we need your bank details) within 14 days.

Applicable law

This contract is subject to Danish law.

Legal venue

Any disputes shall be resolved by the Court of Copenhagen/the Eastern High Court.
